TDOA TRANSMITER FINDING FREELY AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC USE

 

The idea is that public KiwiSDRs distributed around the world can be used to pinpoint the physical locations of any 0 - 30 MHz transmitter using the TDoA technique.
